Meet The Team

Dr Ioannis Vallis is a dental surgeon based in Oxford with a special interest in Implant Dentistry.
He was born in Athens, Greece in 1978. He graduated from the Dental School of Semmelweiss Medical University of Budapest Hungary in 2003 with the degree of Doctor of Medical Dentistry (DMD).
His first involvement with Implant Dentistry was right after his graduation while working as an assistant surgeon in a Periodontal and Implant clinic in Athens, Greece. He served as a dentist in the Greek Armed Forces in the 106 Military Hospital Nicosia Cyprus in 2004.
In 2005 he moved to the UK, where parallel to his work as an associate dentist in Oxfordshire, he continued his training. In 2007 he enrolled at Warwick University Medical School as a postgraduate student. He graduated in 2010 with the degree of Master of Science in Implant Dentistry (MSc).

At the practice we have a number of hygienists who use their own surgeries. All hygienists are highly skilled and form an integral part in helping our patients maintain good oral health. It is good practice to have your teeth professionally cleaned twice a year.
